Graham Keys is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of PCP. Graham is the Managing Director and major shareholder of Norvest Corporate, a boutique corporate advisory and Investment Company. Graham has a Bachelor of Economics and is a qualified Chartered Accountant. Graham was a partner of the international accounting firm Ernst & Young for 15 years. Prior to forming Norvest Corporate, Graham was the Managing Director of a public listed company, which he grew from 4 full time staff to 60, constructed a world class processing plant in a remote location and established a worldwide marketing network. Graham is currently the chairman of two companies listed on the Australian Stock Exchange and two public unlisted companies.

Keith Coakley is PCP's Managing Director. Keith is involved in all aspects of the business, from the design, production and application of PCM's, to building a client base and relationship marketing with parties from China, India, the USA and Australia. Keith�s expertise stems from his 24 year involvement in the Agribusiness Industry. During this period Keith has been responsible for farming operations, exporting products, setting up distribution channels, and managing customer relations, in the Australian and Asian regions. This specific experience assists Keith in his regular travels to China, India and the USA as PCP expand the distribution of their products to these regions and other parts of the world.

Matthew Keys has a Bachelor of Civil Engineering (Honours) specialising in the use of advanced analysis techniques applied to the solution of fluid and structural problems. Matthew is an expert in Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) and has used CFD software to conduct a proof of concept basis with models set up to show the capabilities of phase change material when incorporated into a range of different applications. Matthew created the engineering design of the HETAC system and works with existing and potential customers, including traveling abroad, to determine the specific PCM application to satisfy their requirements.

Gavin Colbourne is the Production Manager. Gavin has in excess of 13 years experience in the production, development and testing of PCM's and PCM applications. Under the guidance of our Engineers Gavin conducts tests in the PCP factory to determine the appropriateness of a particular application. The results are then used to determine if the application should proceed or whether modifications are required. Gavin has significant background knowledge that is invaluable to PCP and its customers.

Robyn Millett is PCP's Company Secretary and the Accounts Manager. Robyn provides and controls a full range of administrative, treasury and accounting services for PCP. Robyn ensures all taxation and ASIC compliance requirements are correctly satisfied in a timely manner. Robyn has experience as the Chief Financial Officer of a public company; has been personal and administrative assistant to a number of Managing Directors and Chairmen in a range of ASX companies: has administrative control of a company with an overseas branch office including responsibility for all related international accounting, administrative and treasury implications.
