Phase Change Products Pty Ltd ("PCP") researches, develops and markets phase change materials ("PCM").
Development of PCP's PCM commenced in 1994. PCP has a full range of technically successful PCMs that have been trialed and proven in a large number of different applications. These trials and commercial applications have been conducted by a variety of organizations around the world that required thermal energy storage products.
PCP has a continuous program of researching and developing new or improved products. Independent assessments of PCP's products have confirmed the consistently high quality of our products and the commercial suitability for their applications.
PCP commercially manufactures the PCM products in Perth, Western Australia for distribution to a range of customers on all continents of the world. PCP can readily manufacture and supply its full range of PCM in bulk or encapsulated form.
Quality control is essential to ensure the optimum performance and longevity of PCMs. Furthermore, encapsulation at the point of PCM manufacture ensures product stability and can often reduce the overall cost.
PCP encourages PCM encapsulation at its manufacturing site and works with each client to tailor the encapsulation details for each client's specific application. PCP will supply bulk PCMs to those clients that choose to undertake their own encapsulation and such supply is accompanied by comprehensive instructions to ensure that the PCM will perform according to expectation.
PCP is currently able to supply PCMs with specific application temperatures ranging from 58oC to -21oC (see PCP Products). A variety of other PCMs are at various stages of development. This development work is driven primarily by inquiries from prospective customers who are seeking to apply PCP's expertise in PCM technology to their specific requirement.
